I am sharita.

My work has taken me from classrooms to boardrooms and stages.

For decades, I have served via leadership and strategy, marketing, education, communication, and the arts.

The disciplines may look different; however, I find myself doing the same work in all of them:

• helping people grow

• cultivating good ideas

• bringing clarity to complexity

• creating meaningful connections

• and leaving things better than I found them

I am multi-passionate.

I have never been particularly interested in being one thing.

Like a hummingbird, I fly about cross-pollinating the world.

I can talk strategy in the morning, write in the afternoon, teach something I’ve learned, sing a song that makes somebody cry, rearrange a room, ask an inconveniently good question, and spend the evening thinking about what makes life meaningful.

To me, this is not confusion.

It’s fluency.

I have never been interested in reducing myself (or anyone else) to something easily categorized.

I’m interested in embodiment: knowing who you are, cultivating what you’ve been given, and becoming increasingly fluent in using all of it.

Not for performance.

And not because everything needs to become a brand, a business, or a side hustle. Lord, please spare us. 😂

But because there is something beautiful about a person becoming more fully themselves.

I literally believe that it’s important for me to let my light shine and inspire others to do the same.

I am discerning and wise.

Which means I am absolutely not with the bullshit.

We are living in a very noisy age.

Everybody has an opinion. Everything is urgent. There is always another strategy, notification, headline, opportunity, algorithm, crisis, expert, or person on the internet telling you the seven things you absolutely must do this morning before breakfast.

I’m interested in something quieter, timeless, and useful: Wisdom

I help people see clearly, choose wisely, and move through life with purpose, joy, and meaning.

And I specialize in creating cultures where people have the opportunity to flourish.

Most everybody loves me and I love them back.

I am for everyone and that is my superpower.

It’s taken me a while to learn that everybody is not for me and that part is really not my business.

My business is doing good work, loving people, cultivating what is worthy, and keeping it moving.

I like to notice what matters most and at the heart of it all, I provide inspiration and discernment for living well in a noisy age.
