My work has taken me from classrooms to boardrooms and stages.

For decades, I have served via leadership and strategy, marketing, education, communication, and the arts.

The disciplines may look different; however, I find myself doing the same work in all of them:

• cultivating good ideas

• bringing clarity to complexity

• creating meaningful connections

• and leaving things better than I found them

I believe the greatest organizations are built by cultivating people, asking thoughtful questions and nurturing good ideas, so that is what I do best. I also specialize in creating cultures where everyone has the opportunity to flourish.
