the one constant in life {change}

Change

Sometimes it arrives softly, like a whisper. Other times it slams into your world like a storm. Either way, change is both unavoidable and sacred.

In the midst of great difficulty, chaos, and uncertainty, there’s a rhythm to change. A season of shedding and release, growth and emergence.

Like a snake shedding its old skin, change asks you to let go of what no longer serves you. Change asks you to trust.

To surrender to love.
And do your part, even when it feels impossible.
To lean in and listen for God’s guidance, even when the path ahead feels uncertain.

Change can be messy. Vulnerable. Sometimes painful, even. But it is also beautiful.

Because every ending carries the seed of a beginning. Every loss opens space for healing and restoration. Challenges become an invitation to deeper alignment, resilience, and faith.

So today, honor the transitions in your life.
Allow the old to fall away.
So you can fully welcome what is coming.

Change is the soil where your next chapter grows, and God has already prepared the way.

It’s the moment when something has finished its work in you.
When a season has taught what it came to teach.
When an identity, role, relationship, or rhythm no longer aligns with who you’re becoming.

Scripture reminds us that God makes all things new — but newness always requires release.
Even creation follows rhythm: shedding, resting, renewal.

And releasing the prior season isn’t about destruction — it’s survival.
Because what once protected you may now restrict you.
What once fit like a glove may be suffocating now.

Change invites us to stop clinging and trust.
To trade in rush for surrender. And to stop fearing endings and honor them.

Yesterday, Day 11 taught us that prayer anchors and prepares us and reveals what is complete and asking to be released. If we let it, prayer can help soften our grip when God is doing something new.

Because often, change is misunderstood as failure or loss — when really, it’s more so about completion.

Tomorrow we’ll explore giving as a gateway to gratitude and the good life. Don’t give up. Keep walking with me.

Because this new thing God is doing will not be rushed. It’s unfolding.
